The Business

Your Leisure Time provides customers with cleaning and detailing, captaining, and many other miscellaneous services. While there are other boat cleaning businesses, Your Leisure Time has no true competitors that offer the same array of quality services. Your Leisure Time's ability to provide a high quality service, both in regards to the actual washing as well as customer service is all based on our ability to find the best employees. Hiring the best employees and making sure that they are well taken care of ensures that they in turn take care of our customers.

The Customers

Your Leisure Time targets two main groups of customers: individual boat owners and local boat dealerships. There are two subcategories of individual boat owners, including: members (pay a pro-rated monthly fee) and a-la-carte customers. Target customers include those who own 30-foot and above self-contained, livable boats on Table Rock Lake. Ultimate customer service will be placed at the utmost priority, but members will always receive priority treatment when services are requested

Keys to Success

• Superior customer service and quality of work results in generating new customers to those already established customers
• Staff will always include a captain available for hire. This builds credibility and an invaluable service that sets Your Leisure Time apart from all other local boating companies.
• Exceptional employees will be compensated in the highest manner possible to attract the best possible quality of employees for the positions available.
• Billing invoices will be placed on the customer's boat upon completion of the project. These invoices will include a detailed report of the work performed, an invoice due date, a portion for customer feedback, and a stamped envelope to return payment.
