You work hard. You look forward all week to that moment when the lake comes into view and you’re close enough to feel the breeze off the water. And then the car stops, your heart races....and you start unloading bags and boxes out of your car. Then you haul them to the boat. Time to relax now? Nope...time to clean and check to boat. The first day of your weekend is almost over and you haven’t even sat down!

The next morning instead of enjoying the sunrise, you’re up early to fuel up and pump out the gray water. The long line ensures a nice two hour wait. Finally, your fueled up and have settled into a cove to enjoy your day when your wife says, “Oh no!, we forgot the milk!” With a toddler on board, going without is not an option. You reluctantly pull anchor and head to the dock and then to the car and then into town to buy milk. Are you having fun yet?

Your final day ends with hauling trash from the boat, removing dirty laundry (which you get to take home and wash) and cleaning the boat. And now it’s time to get back to the city and work!

As you return to life in the city refreshed and ready to meet the week, you rest easy knowing that your boat is in good hands and will be scrubbed, stocked and ready for you next time you need a break.
